Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Because all prints are produced in small batches, our return policy is slightly different for shop purchases and the monthly print club.


Print Shop Orders

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We will offer either:

  • A replacement print, or

  • A full refund

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

If you have any issues at all, just get in touch and we’ll sort it quickly.


Monthly Print Club

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account.

Because each print is produced based on subscriber numbers, we are unable to offer refunds once a payment has been processed for that month.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement.


Shipping Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
