Purchase & Subscription Policy

Print Club Subscription
By purchasing the A Thing in the Post Print Club, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription. You will be charged on a monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Prints are produced and shipped in monthly batches. Orders placed within a given month will receive the following month’s print (for example, orders placed in January will ship in early February).

Due to the made-to-order nature of this product, refunds are not offered once a billing cycle has been processed.

All prints are made to order. Please allow time for production before dispatch.

Because items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and production times.
